In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the vm787 Platform is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. vm787 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the Platform. The Company conducts mandatory age verification during the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed and operated specifically to serve the Indonesian market. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

To access the full range of betting and gaming services available on vm787, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account management:

• Single Account Policy: Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be suspended, all associated Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds in duplicate Accounts will be voided.

You must notify vm787 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Minors Protection: If you share a device with family members who are under 21 years of age, you are responsible for ensuring they do not access your vm787 Account. vm787 strongly recommends using the Platform's session lock feature when leaving a shared device unattended.

vm787 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with the standards set by its international gaming licence. KYC is mandatory for all Users before their first withdrawal is approved. The verification process may also be triggered at any time at the Company's discretion, including when unusual account activity is detected.

• Required Documents: Users must submit a clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identity document. For Indonesian residents, an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) is the preferred document. A valid passport is also accepted.

• Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawals from unverified Accounts will be placed on hold until KYC is successfully completed. Deposits and gameplay may continue during the KYC review period, but winnings cannot be withdrawn until verification is approved.
• Failed Verification: If a User is unable to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, or if the submitted documents reveal that the User does not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 2, the Account will be closed and any Balance returned to the deposit source, less any Bonus Funds and wagers placed using Bonus Funds.

All deposits and withdrawals on vm787 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet transfers).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by vm787, though individual bank and e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Balance within 15 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt.

vm787 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and others). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is specified in each promotion's individual terms and displayed in your Account bonus tracker.

By placing any wager on the vm787 Platform, you agree to the following general betting and gaming rules, in addition to any product-specific rules displayed within each game or betting market:

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by Users is governed by the vm787 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• The Account has been used to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment details, chargebacks on valid transactions, or collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes.
• The Account shows patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes, triggering the Company's AML obligations to report and restrict activity.
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening communication directed at vm787 staff or other Users.

Where an Account is closed by vm787 for cause, the Company will return any verified real-money Balance (net of bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) to the registered deposit method following the completion of any required investigation. Users may request Account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

vm787 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Users via email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of login.
